Workshop 1: A Story or a Story to Tell?
The stories model, fascinate us and transform us. The question is, what is the history we share?
What kind of story are we involved? What God is this who speaks to human beings? It seems that we have heard your voice in a familiar tone, smooth, direct and personal.
This workshop will review the importance of transforming the stories and how God makes us partakers of the “Big Story”. Also look at how families of children and teachers can share stories in a creative, interactive and practical.
Workshop 2: The Family and Children’s Ministry Together
The influence that most contributes to the child’s character is confronted at home.
The role of the church is to be a crucial and necessary partner for each family. The Ministry of Children can take the lead so that your church can take this role.
In this workshop we will study the Children’s Ministry at her church must expand to serve the family.
Will present practical ideas and materials for your ministry can be the support that families need.
Workshop 3: Reducing the Risk of Child Abuse
“Be ye therefore followers of God as dear children.” (Ephesians 5:1)
Today, child abuse is a real problem in our ministries. The good news is that we can reduce the risk if our churches are willing to change their attitude and the format that assists children and their families.
This workshop will review:
The reality and nature of child abuse and the reasons why we should treat as a serious problem in our ministries.
We will review the magnitude of what this risk.
How can we promote a safe environment in our churches
Practical training material prepared for you to use in your church immediately.

What else do we receive apart from the training? You will receive a Student’s handbook, certificate of participation, samples of material that are provided by the sponsor ministries, and many other surprises!
Is the seminar in English or Spanish? The seminar is presented in Spanish but includes some audio visual presentations in English. The material includes relevant instruction designated for the Latin community.
What audiovisual presentation will be used for the seminar? We use Media Shout to create a dynamic and creative presentation. Group activities will also be utilized to help you meet other leaders, share with other churches and connect people that have the same passion.
Do you provide childcare? Even though we love children, the seminar is for all those who minister to children. This is a time to receive the training, encouragement and to connect with others. For this reason, we don’t offer child care for your children.
Will there be new resources for sale? Yes, we will have a table filled with resource materials for sale at a discount price to help you return to your church ready to minister to children.
Who are the people that attend these seminars? These are people that are ENTRE NIÑOS – among children. People like you that love children and are passionate to bring them close to Jesus. These are children’s leaders, Sunday School teachers, camp leaders, club leaders, parents and educators. People of all ages and from different churches and denominations are welcome.
